jetzt gibts dann auch eine Strat für den U2-Liebhaber. Hier mal ein bißchen Text dazu:

O.K. mal wieder ne eine "neue" Strat, die bestimmt auf Grund des "Signature-Features" zu teuer verkauft wird.
Ich mag Maple Necks mit Big Head und Zwei-Punkt-Tremols, alles andere (Radius, Bünde, PUs, Farbe, ...) ist nicht meins.
Da mir Fender aber keine Signature-Strat bauen wollte, musste ich das halt selber tun ...

Recht haste, jede Gitarre die wir selber zusammenschrauben ist eine Signatur Gitarre und zwar unsere, ein nach unserer Vorstellung gebautes Instrument.
Also denk daran, immer mit nem Eddig deine Unterschrift auf den Headstock aufbringen.

Für ein Signature Modell aus den USA ist sie ja noch relativ günstig gepreist, man spricht von etwa 1700.- (die American Standard kostet ja mittlerweile auch schon 1500.- ). Persönlich brauche ich sie nicht, weil ich eben genau kein Fan von Big Headstocks, Mapleboard und 2-Punkt-Tremolo bin .

Für den Preis (und weniger) kann man sich auf jeden Fall ne Hammer-Strat nach Gusto bauen, wo dann alles so ist, wie man es haben möchte.
Markennamen auf den Headstock waren mir sowieso schon immer total egal ...

Ich mag ja bekanntlich Bigheads sehr gerne und auch Maplenecks auf schwarzen Strats. Ich sags mal so, wenn du in den Laden gehst, genau DIESE Strat optisch geil findest und genau DIESE Strat dann auch deinen Soundvorstellungen entspricht, du das Geld dafür hast, dann kaufe genau DIESE Strat! Nur so kann man auf Dauer, oder eben ne Zeit lang glücklich werden

Aber ob es eben dann auch deinen soundlichen Vorstellungen entspricht kann man vorher nie sagen Manuel. ICH würde heute aus meiner langjährigen Erfahrung nur noch das kaufen was ich vorher in Ruhe antesten kann!
